Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will be the strategic voice on the team, guiding targeting, budget decisions, and narrative on calls with clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, with a focus on ROAS growth, CPA optimization, and a data-driven roadmap for quarterly success. Excellent English and agency experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• Track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for clients and explain the story behind the numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
