Job summary

Levert is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to maintain accuracy of master data records in SAP and support inventory control in Dubreuilville, ON. You will validate item details, coordinate with procurement and maintenance, and ensure data integrity for audits.

This temporary role requires attention to detail, 1–3 years of relevant experience, and proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems. Some remote work is available and 12-hour shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years of warehouse or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system is required; MM module preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate master data entries and create material master records in SAP.
• Verify item details, specifications, and supplier information before posting.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Operations, Warehouse, and Procurement teams to confirm part accuracy.
• Support data standardization and documentation for audit trails.
• Assist in data cleanup to improve accuracy and reduce duplicates.
• Communicate receiving status and supplier issues to stakeholders.
