RBR in Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking a hands-on warehouse/clerical specialist for on-site inventory management and material handling. The role involves stock verification, order preparation, and liaison with suppliers to resolve delivery issues.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, no degree required, and be proficient with MS Excel and ERP systems. This position requires physical presence at the location and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsabilidades

• Keep shop and warehouse clean.
• Perform routine clerical duties.
• Pick up and deliver materials.
• Process files and paperwork.
• Prepare purchase orders.
• Resolve delivery issues with suppliers.
• Set up and maintain inventory control system.
• Verify stock from current inventories.
• Compile inventory reports.
• Maintain stock rotation.
• Place stock on shelves.
• Prepare requisition orders to replenish stock.
• Reconcile physical inventories with computer counts.
• Record quantity, type and value of stock on hand.
• Unpack goods received.
• Verify receipts and packing slips.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Operate hoisting and lifting equipment.
