Medline Canada Corporation seeks an Inventory Associate in Guelph, ON to manage cycle counts, stock levels, and SAP-based transactions. You will reconcile discrepancies, perform root-cause analyses, and support inventory accuracy across the supply chain.

Reporting to the National Inventory Manager, the role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Shift: Mon-Fri 12PM-8:30PM; salary range provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory control or cycle counting preferred.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment; forklift license bonus.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills; ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cycle counts to verify inventory accuracy, identify discrepancies, and reconcile them.
• Perform root cause analysis to investigate discrepancies and develop corrective actions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Reconcile inventory records between physical counts and system data.
• Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and GMP/regulatory requirements.
• Utilize SAP to perform inventory transactions (issuing, transferring, adjusting).
• Manage inventory blocks/releases for stock checks, damage, recalls.
• Create approvals for inventory movement with proper documentation.
• Assist in improving inventory management processes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
