Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager located in Vancouver, BC. The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and analyze market trends. They will work closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure marketing plans align with business goals. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for managing social media presence, developing content for various marketing channels, and coordinating events and promotional activities.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement channel expansion strategies aligned with business needs (online + offline).
- Plan, organize, and execute offline promotional events (school fairs, info sessions, etc.) to strengthen brand presence.
- Build partnerships with institutions (schools, language centers, law firms, real estate agencies, banks, etc.) and expand cross-industry networks in Canada.
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across social media platforms (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin / TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, etc.).
- Maintain and enhance existing channel relationships while identifying new opportunities.
- Collect and analyze market data, prepare reports, and share insights on industry trends.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Canadian degree preferred).
- 5+ years of marketing experience (online & offline), with at least 2 years in a leadership / managerial role.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media advertising (Canadian + Chinese platforms).
- Knowledge of immigration programs (EE, PNP, LMIA, RNIP, SUV, etc.) is strongly preferred.
- Strong market awareness and ability to capture industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is an asset.
- Candidates with local employer resources or industry networks will be prioritized.

Experience
- Marketing : 5 years (required)
