Hart Stores Inc., which oversees the Hart, Korvette, Bentley, and Stokes banners, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director. In this strategic role, you will define and drive the multi-channel marketing strategy for several well-established retail brands. Key Responsibilities
- Multi-channel strategy: Define, plan, and execute the multi-channel marketing strategy for all banners (Hart, Korvette, Bentley, Stokes), in line with business objectives.
- Team management: Supervise a team of about 10 marketing professionals, providing mentoring, coordination, and talent development within the department.
- Digital campaigns: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (website, social media, newsletters, online advertising, etc.) to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Performance tracking: Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives using KPIs, ROI, and other key indicators; produce reports and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure campaign effectiveness.
- Loyalty programs: Design and deploy innovative loyalty programs and exclusive promotions (particularly via the mobile app) aimed at increasing customer retention and long-term customer value.
- Brand consistency: Ensure consistency in branding and marketing messages across all touchpoints (stores, website, social media, newsletters, advertisements, etc.) for each banner.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with the IT, sales, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, in-store promotions, and the company's operational objectives.
Required profile
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of successful experience in a marketing management role or similar position, ideally in the retail sector.
- Strategic and digital skills: Excellent command of marketing strategy (particularly multi-channel), digital marketing, and modern digital tools. Solid experience in team management and leading large-scale marketing projects.
- Bilingualism: Perfect command of French and English (spoken and written) – this skill is essential for communicating with all stakeholders.
- Leadership and creativity: Proven leadership qualities, with excellent communication and collaboration skills. Creativity, initiative, and ability to innovate in marketing campaigns.
- Results-oriented: Strong focus on results and data analysis, with the ability to make decisions based on performance indicators and ROI.
