Job Responsibilities

• Analyzing and optimizing production processes including centerline management and operational stability improvements.
• Daily coordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets.
• Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader.
• Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment processes and projects.
• Quality leader for the department driving quality event investigations managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) and ensuring sustainable solutions.
• Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap line losses and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Job Qualifications

This is an on-site position based in Belleville Ontario.

Preference is given to those holding university degrees (Bachelors Masters MBA) or in their final year of study in an engineering / technical undergraduate degree but will consider degrees from any discipline.

Prior work experience in a manufacturing site is a plus
