Job Details

As a licensed Strata Manager (Community Manager), you will be responsible for the relationship management with our strata council clients, handle day-to-day operational, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for the properties within your portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes
• Onboarding new strata complexes as new contracts are confirmed
• Prioritizing and conducting the business and projects generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
• Managing projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors as generated by the portfolio in a timely manner
• Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (some evening meetings required), and following up with accurate minutes
• Administering financial matters of the portfolio including budgeting, analyzing expenses, and reviewing and coding invoices

Requirements

• A valid Strata Property Management License from BCFSA is required
• A positive and enthusiastic, hands‑on approach and be driven by delivering exceptional client service
• Ability to multi‑task, balance multiple priorities and meet precise deadlines and manage clients' expectations
