Qualifications

• Active Strata Property Management License from BCFSA is required.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while serving clients.

• Knowledge of financial/budget reviews and strata insurance policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential strata complexes.
• Onboard new strata complexes as new contracts are confirmed.
• Prioritize and execute portfolio projects and business needs.
• Manage projects, emergencies, contracts and contractors.
• Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Administer budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice coding.
