Job Opportunity: Strata Manager

Benefits & Perks:

• Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum (based on experience)
• 3 weeks vacation

Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of strata buildings
• Scheduling, preparing, attending, and recording minutes for Strata Council meetings, AGMs, and SGMs
• Working with Council to prepare annual budgets, analyze forecasts and expenses, including the contingency fund; assisting with monthly financial statements and operational reports; managing accounts payable and other strata accounting functions
• Advising the Strata Council and Owners on issues in accordance with the Strata Property Act, ensuring compliance with rules, regulations, and bylaws
• Maintaining records and preparing Master Listings, summarizing terms and conditions for each unit, including unit entitlement
• Filing forms under the Strata Property Act

Qualifications:

• At least 1+ years of experience as a Strata Manager
• Willing to work in Delta, BC
• Valid Strata License
