Summary
The Manager, Logistics at Holt Renfrew is responsible for ensuring smooth inventory flow to support the selling efforts. This role involves leading a team to manage stock movement, store transfers, and maintaining stockroom standards.
Responsibilities
- Complete Personal Performance Plan and e360 Survey, leading by example.
- Build and retain a high-performing team to meet performance goals.
- Update employee performance plans seasonally.
- Communicate parameters and standards to direct reports.
- Implement succession planning, team building, and skill development.
- Adhere to Loss Prevention policies.
- Lead stock movement associates for store transfers and stockroom maintenance.
- Partner with Alterations team for sales floor deliveries.
- Develop communication standards to meet Client expectations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance of Return To Vendor's and transfers.
- Coordinate markdown execution with selling teams.
- Partner with selling teams for stock replenishment needs.
- Ensure correct procedures for packing, shipping, and receiving goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Drive physical inventory cut-off procedures.
- Manage customer delivery service standards.
- Oversee shipping and receiving team to meet service standards.
- Maintain an organized workspace.
- Oversee supply orders and distribution.
- Control postage costs and hanger budget.
- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recyclables.
- Support merchandising team with movement and disposal of fixtures.
- Comply with Health & Safety policies.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary diploma/certificate in Building maintenance or trade diploma.
- 5 years supervisory experience in a similar capacity.
- Trained in forklift operation.
- Basic computer skills.
