Summary

The Manager, Logistics at Holt Renfrew is responsible for ensuring smooth inventory flow to support the selling efforts. This role involves leading a team to manage stock movement, store transfers, and maintaining stockroom standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete Personal Performance Plan and e360 Survey, leading by example.
• Build and retain a high-performing team to meet performance goals.
• Update employee performance plans seasonally.
• Communicate parameters and standards to direct reports.
• Implement succession planning, team building, and skill development.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies.
• Lead stock movement associates for store transfers and stockroom maintenance.
• Partner with Alterations team for sales floor deliveries.
• Develop communication standards to meet Client expectations.
• Monitor and enforce compliance of Return To Vendor's and transfers.
• Coordinate markdown execution with selling teams.
• Partner with selling teams for stock replenishment needs.
• Ensure correct procedures for packing, shipping, and receiving goods.
