Your strategic vision and hands‑on approach will be critical in driving the growth of our virtual care solutions.

  • Product Marketing Strategy: Develop compelling value propositions for new health and lifestyle services, understanding the needs of our diverse audience and the unique offerings of various health industries, including naturopaths, pharmacists, and dieticians.
  • Go‑to‑Market Planning: Lead end‑to‑end campaign development and execution, from initial concept to launch, ensuring successful product adoption and measurable growth. You'll leverage your digital marketing mastery to craft impactful campaigns across the entire digital ecosystem.
  • Lifecycle Marketing: Drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across the entire customer journey, implementing one‑to‑one journey mapping and patient engagement strategies that foster lasting relationships and growth.

  • Digital Marketing Mastery: A deep understanding of the digital ecosystem and a proven track record in developing and executing successful digital campaigns.
  • Product Launch Experience: A strong portfolio of successful product launches with clear, measurable growth metrics that showcase your ability to drive adoption and market impact.
  • Industry Insight: Experience in health tech, pharmacy, vitamins/supplements, or health wearables will be highly valued.
  • Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills that enable you to articulate complex ideas and build compelling narratives.

Salary Range: $94,000-$142,000

Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 20%

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
