A public safety organization in British Columbia is looking for a Manager of Divisional Planning and Coordination to lead the strategic planning efforts and coordinate department initiatives. This role requires effective communication, program management experience, and demonstrated leadership. The preferred candidate will have a Master's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience. The position offers a hybrid work model and competitive salary between $116,186 and $141,166 annually, with benefits including a pension plan and generous vacation time.
In this exciting role, you will provide principal oversight for the development of the Claims and Rehabilitation Services (CRS) Division's Strategic Plan and assist the Director and Senior Manager, with coordination of the implementation of the plan.
The Manager, Divisional Planning and Coordination will facilitate prioritization sessions with the Claims senior leadership team and help guide the division's progress towards a more worker centered service delivery model.
The Manager leads and influences operational subject matter experts in closing the gaps between the division's current business capabilities and those identified by the senior leadership as being necessary to achieve the desired future state of service delivery. The Manager supports requirement gathering efforts for the business product ownership team.
The Manager will liaise with key internal shared service partners to ensure they are consulted with and kept informed of CRS planning and implementation activities, including the potential impact on their resources.
