  • You will serve as the primary liaison for Sales, Operations, and external contractors to ensure smooth coordination, address any inter-team or customer conflicts, and maintain a collaborative working environment.

  • You will develop processes to continuously evaluate and reduce the average time required to close and complete tickets by optimizing key deployment execution areas throughout the lifecycle of projects.

  • You will actively manage and maintain a clean and efficient backlog of deployment tickets, increasing the percentage of active tickets. You will implement and oversee a robust clawback and ticket extinction process to reduce the backlog.

  • You will drive initiatives to lower installation and delivery costs without compromising quality or efficiency.

  • You will consistently meet and exceed the company's growth objectives by ensuring the successful deployment of the targeted number of sites per month.

  • You will foster a high-performance, "all-in" team culture focused on dedication, accountability, and achieving and exceeding performance targets. You will encourage a customer-first mindset to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
