A global technology leader in Ottawa is seeking a Manager, Alliance Partnership & RMC Sales to spearhead ecosystem growth and sales for Ready Mix Concrete solutions. The Manager, Alliance Partnership & RMC Sales is a dual-focused commercial leader responsible for accelerating ecosystem-led growth through strategic alliances and driving quota attainment across the Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) sales organization. This role blends partnership development, enterprise relationship management, and hands-on sales leadership to grow adoption of Giatec’s RMC solutions, including SmartMix and MixPilot .
The Manager will build and scale a structured alliance program with key industry partners while coaching a team of full-cycle sales representatives to execute high-impact RMC sales motions. Success in this position requires strong strategic acumen, the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, and a proven ability to generate revenue in a complex, technical sales environment.
