Hours: 12‑hour shift, 4 days on 4 days off (2 days, 2 nights per week)

Responsibilities
  • Inspections, Preventive & Planned Maintenance: Assess and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical equipment; fix defects and perform corrective tasks based on inspection results.
  • Flag potential issues early and suggest long‑term solutions.
  • Lead complex maintenance projects and supervise third‑party technicians.
  • Malfunctions & Emergency Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures, evaluate severity and determine repair urgency, perform hands‑on repairs and consult with supervisors when needed.
  • Modifications & Upgrades: Execute overhaul and modification work per instructions, recommend improvements based on experience and technical insight.
Who We’re Looking For
  • Millwright and red seal (maintenance mechanic) an asset.
  • Formal education or qualification in the field of maintenance and mechanical, including a bachelor’s degree or diploma, along with relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering.
  • At least 10+ years of solid background in manufacturing with experience in production and maintenance management.
  • Previous experience in industrial maintenance.
Additional Requirements
  • Ability to work in 12‑hour shift, 4 days on 4 days off (2 days, 2 nights per week).
  • Ability to bend, twist, lift and carry 5 to 10 kgs of weight occasionally.
  • Strong manufacturing background with maintenance experience.
  • Attention to detail with good data analysis skills.
