About The Role

Bosa Properties is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team of skilled property management professionals. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this individual will work alongside the building management to provide a safe, customer-focused experience to residents. The role involves delivering exceptional customer service to tenants while completing in-suite and common area maintenance tasks.

What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with the building team to perform various repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, appliance repairs and general duties related to maintenance
  • Conduct inspections of mechanical rooms, identify issues, and coordinate trade support
  • Assist in coordinating month-end turnovers of rental suites, ensuring units are move-in ready for new residents
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, building codes, and regulations while performing maintenance and repair tasks
  • Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies promptly and effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and building

Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.

$58,700 - $80,700 CAD
