Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years of Maintenance Manager or equivalent leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in rendering, food processing, or related high-compliance environments is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimal downtime.
  • Develop and manage the annual Maintenance operating budget.
  • Champion a strong safety culture in compliance with the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act.
