Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have mechanical aptitude and be able to read and write in English.
• Experience in electrical, plumbing, patchwork, painting preferred.
• Ability to work safely, following established safety practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow the home’s Preventive Maintenance Program.
• Perform various repair tasks like painting and plumbing.
• Complete maintenance reports and checks on equipment.
