Overview

As a Maintenance Coordinator you will contribute to the success of PepsiCo by supporting the site’s building and equipment maintenance agenda. You will help support the ordering, optimization, and reconciliation of parts, ensure daily and weekly maintenance work is coordinated and completed across all shifts, and review and improve the site’s Preventative Maintenance program to further improve Building Maintenance and Production Line Performance.

Responsibilities
  • Use SAP to schedule assigned work to the frontline maintenance team including down day work, weekly Preventative Maintenances (PMs) and work orders
  • Keep track of mechanics hours worked vs SAP labour utilization
  • Weekly reporting on part utilization and completion rates of PM’s for all frontline maintenance team
  • Working closely with the Parts Planner on kitting parts, assigning work, and maintaining part room inventory accuracy
  • Work closely with Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians to audit proper completion of PM’s through SAP
  • Adjust PM frequency and verbiage within SAP to optimize the tasking for the maintenance system
  • Receive invoices and track spending against monthly maintenance/manufacturing budget
  • Reconcile Purchase Orders vs. Completed Work Orders to ensure work is completed and suppliers paid on time
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Other tasks as directed by the supervisor
Qualifications
  • Strong technical / Mechanical background to be able to work with maintenance technicians and vendors to order necessary parts
  • Good computer skills and knowledge
  • Previous experience with Infor (CMMS), SAP, MS Office, MS Excel will be an asset but not a requirement
  • Demonstrate a high level of autonomy (ability to work under minimal supervision)
  • Great organization skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Ability to follow written procedures for existing processes and equipment
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and high level of dedication
  • Have a positive attitude and attention to details
  • Ability to write, understand and speak English fluently
  • Able to demonstrate an aptitude in writing and mathematics to complete paperwork accurately and legibly
