Harry Rosen is seeking a Style Advisor to join our Store team in Canada. You will build and develop a discerning clientele, delivering superior service in a luxury retail environment.

The role emphasizes personal sales, relationship building, product knowledge in sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailoring, and made-to-measure, with opportunities to drive new business and nurture existing clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail clothing/footwear experience preferred.
• Mandarin speaker would be preferred for this location.
• Experience in luxury retail environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a clientele that delivers superior service.
• Drive in-store personal sales and holistic selling; create repeat clientele.
• Educate clients on loyalty program benefits and memberships.
• Contribute to merchandising and store maintenance; follow up with clients.
