Job summary

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, AB is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to lead the F&B Outlet team, uphold service standards, and drive guest satisfaction. Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will balance operations with staff development and budget adherence in a luxury setting.

The role requires at least 1 year of F&B leadership, strong wine knowledge, and POS experience, with golf experience considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Food and Beverage leadership experience
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant or lounge
• Previous golf experience is an asset
• Previous POS system experience required
• Strong beverage and wine knowledge required

Responsibilities

• Report to the Outlet Manager and lead the F&B Outlet team
• Ensure service standards and policies are followed
• Balance operational, administrative and staff needs
• Assist in managing the departmental budget and payroll
• Recruit, train, mentor and develop supervisors and colleagues
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and respond to guest concerns promptly
