Job summary

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, AB is seeking an Assistant Outlet Manager to drive guest service and team performance in our high-end Food & Beverage outlets.

Reporting to the Outlet Manager, you will lead a skilled team, manage service standards, training, and hospitality operations while controlling costs and maintaining brand luxury. We offer competitive salary, benefits, staff accommodations, and generous travel perks for colleagues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Food and Beverage leadership experience required.
• Previous experience in a fast paced, high end restaurant or lounge preferred.
• Previous point of sale system experience required.
• Strong beverage and wine knowledge required.
• Previous experience with a strong cocktail culture an asset.
• Experience with Unionized environment an asset.
• Must be flexible and able to work various shifts.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows applications required.
• University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B Outlet team and ensure service standards are followed.
• Balance staff needs with guest expectations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in budget management, scheduling, and payroll considerations.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Support recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance management.
