Job summary

Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is seeking a server to represent our luxury dining experience at Jasper, Alberta. You will assist guests with menu selections, present dishes, and ensure a high standard of service in our restaurant and lounges.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of a-la-carte serving experience within the last 5 years.
• Successful completion of Food & Beverage test (80%+).
• Pro Serve certification required.
• Visa: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with menu items and make recommendations.
• Sell and up-sell food and beverage items.
• Maintain full knowledge of menu items, garnishes, and preparation methods.
• Deliver and present food items to guest tables.
• Process guest checks efficiently.
• Bus and re-set tables.
• Perform opening, cleaning, and closing duties.
• Foster an inclusive environment and align with brand standards.
