Job summary

Pursuit Collection Jasper is seeking a full-time, seasonal Food & Beverage supervisor in Jasper, AB. The role supports front-of-house teams, coordinates scheduling and inventory, and ensures precise cash handling for daily transactions.

Qualifications

• At least one year of Food & Beverage supervisory experience.
• Detail oriented, strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with high volume and demonstrated professionalism under pressure.
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in indoors/outdoors at high altitude; prepare for all weather.
• Safety-first practices are an asset.
• Experience with POS, Microsoft Office, cash handling/cash out.
• Secondary language skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide support, training and coaching to front of house team for a professional Food & Beverage experience.
• Coordinate scheduling, recognition and performance management duties.
• Coordinate Food & Beverage orders and inventory with the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Ensure accuracy in cash, debit and credit card transactions; prepare daily cash reports.
• Handle service-related issues by listening to guest concerns and resolving them.
• Ensure the restaurant area is clean and organized.
• Other duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.
