Job summary

The Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge in Jasper, AB, is seeking an Assistant Laundry Manager to oversee daily laundry operations and lead a team of staff. You will report to the Laundry Manager and drive service standards while maintaining a safe, efficient workspace.

Experience in a supervisory capacity within laundry operations is required; Alberta driver’s license is an asset. The role offers a dynamic environment in a luxury hotel setting and opportunities for growth within the Fairmont network.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Laundry experience an asset.
• Valid Alberta driver’s license required.
• Ability to work flexible hours over a 24-hour period.

Responsibilities

• Follow departmental policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Train and supervise all employees within Laundry/Valet department.
• Monitor health and safety regulations and WHMIS training.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and in good working order.
• General office administration including payroll, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Assist in operational coverage in the absence of the Laundry Manager.
