The Strategic Growth Initiatives team partners primarily with the Brand and Product Activation Office to drive strategic priorities and growth. We support bodies of work across Brand Strategy, Operations, Product and Commercialization teams, by creating, prioritizing, and managing business growth strategies. Our team acts as a strategic thought partner, overseeing program deliverables, project plans, risks, budgets, and roadmaps, while enabling seamless execution and alignment to overall strategy.
The Growth Initiatives Specialist supports the execution and delivery of strategic growth initiatives through scheduling, documentation, communication of statuses and follow up of action items. This person is an emerging leader who leverages stakeholder influence and persuasive skills to drive special projects forward while maintaining product and brand strategy.
Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.
lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-$86,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
