Job summary

Pantos Logistics Canada Inc. is seeking a motivated logistics professional to support dispatching, transportation coordination and customer service in Toronto. You will plan routes, communicate with carriers, and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer service, proficiency with Excel/Outlook, and strong written and verbal communication. English and Korean fluency is an asset, and you will work with teams at all levels.

Qualifications

  • Experience in dispatching, transportation or logistics coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates to teams and customers.
  • Identify and resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays.
  • Maintain accurate shipment, invoicing and tracking records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Continuously improve logistics processes to reduce costs.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Duties

  • Monitor shipments in real time and provide updates to internal teams and customers as needed.
  • Identify and resolve transportation challenges to minimize delays and disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and tracking information.
  • Ensure compliance to safety regulations, shipping standards, and company policies.
  • Continuously improve logistics processes to enhance service quality and reduce operational costs.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer service environment.
  • Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics coordination is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset.
