Job summary

Price Industries Limited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day shipping operations for the PIL HVAC division. You will coordinate shipments, communicate with carriers and internal teams, and continuously improve logistics processes to boost service reliability and cost control.

The role requires organized, proactive team players with strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset, reporting to the Logistics Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and coordinating shipments across domestic and international routes.
• Familiarity with customs, trade compliance, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency with ERP and transportation management software and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate shipments to meet customer and business requirements.
• Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Monitor, track, and trace shipments; proactively resolve service issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, documentation, and data within ERP and logistics systems.
• Prepare and distribute transportation reports and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to support logistics requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service performance.

Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient execution of day‑to‑day logistics operations for PIL HVAC. This role ensures timely and accurate coordination of shipments, effective communication with carriers and internal teams, and continuous improvement of logistics processes. The Logistics Coordinator contributes directly to service reliability, cost control, and customer satisfaction, and report to Logistics Supervisor.

• Monitor, track, and trace shipments; proactively resolve service issues or delays.

Incumbent Experience Required (Must Know)

• Strong knowledge of transportation and logistics operations (LTL/TL, domestic and international).
• Familiarity with customs, trade compliance, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in logistics systems, ERP, and transportation management software.
• Understanding of freight rating, scheduling, and carrier service standards.

Education (or Equivalent)

• An equivalent combination of education and practical logistics/transportation experience will be accepted.
