The position requires 3 years of logistics experience, a high school diploma plus certificate, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. You will handle shipments, pricing, and proactive customer communication daily.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in logistics or related role.

• Strong administrative experience with high-volume analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating shipments and managing logistics workflows.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; quick to learn new software.
• Excellent customer communication skills for internal and external interactions.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Problem solving and decision-making abilities; able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate LTL and FTL pickups and deliveries.
• Control costs and maintain profitability.
• Provide customer service including tracking and tracing.
• Select carriers and negotiate rates.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Enter orders with costing and revenue allocation for invoicing.

Position Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for working closely with customers and carriers to ensure excellent service levels while maintaining healthy profit margins and revenue growth. Keep and expand existing customer base and add new customers by following sales plan.

Location: 250 First Gulf, Brampton (Hybrid)

Schedule: Days, 40 hours, flexible start time

What you will do

• Coordinating LTL and FTL pickups and deliveries
• Cost controls
• Customer service including tracking and tracing
• Carrier Selection and rate negotiations
• Trouble shooting
• Order entry including costing and revenue allocation for invoicing purposes
