You will gather loan information, sell loan and protection products, close loans, and follow up on past-due accounts while upholding credit policy and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in Canada.
• High-school diploma or the equivalent is an asset
• Great communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and prospective customers by phone and in person to provide the best-in-class service.
• Ensure loan applications are assessed accurately and timely in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and able to closely follow credit policy rules to ensure risk parameters are consistently followed.
• Gather loan information.
• Sell our loan and protection products.
• Close loans virtually and in person.
• Follow up past due customer accounts.
• Cash controls including taking payments.
• Commit to your personal training and development to support our mission to deliver the best borrowing experience to earn our customer’s trust and loyalty
