Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to actively promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment. You will understand customer needs to tailor the right financial solutions and manage the entire sales process, from application to closing, both in person and virtually.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; post-secondary in finance, sales, or business is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience focused on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value.
