Job summary

Fairstone Bank is recruiting a Loan Consultant in Canada to join a growing team. You will actively promote and sell loan and protection products, understanding customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions, and manage the entire sales process from application to closing.

Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service while staying focused on personal and team sales goals, including credit assessments, payment processing and overdue account management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset)
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering value
