Job summary

Fairstone Bank is seeking a Loan Consultant to drive loan and protection product sales in a fast-paced, customer‑facing environment. You will assess customer needs and recommend suitable financial solutions, while managing the full sales cycle from application to closing.

About the role: As a Loan Consultant, you’ll play a key part in growing our business by:

What you can expect - pay & process:

• Expected base hourly rate $22.26, plus the opportunity to earn uncapped monthly bonuses tied to performance - your success drives your earnings.
