Fairstone Bank is seeking a skilled Loan Consultant to grow our business by promoting loan and protection products and by understanding customer needs to tailor financial solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, both in person and virtually, from application to closing, while building trusted relationships and delivering outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 1 year in sales, strong communication and negotiation abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience with a focus on meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-first mindset and passion for delivering value.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, in person and virtually — from application to closing.
• Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service.
• Stay focused on individual and team sales goals.
• Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.
