Fairstone Bank and its family of brands seeks a Loan Consultant to grow our business by understanding customer needs and recommending financial solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from application to closing, in person and virtually, while building trust through outstanding service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience or customer service with targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, from application to closing, in person or virtually.
• Build strong relationships and earn trust through excellent service.
• Stay focused on individual and team sales goals.
• Perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts.
