You will perform credit assessments, process payments, and manage overdue accounts while delivering exceptional service. A strong customer-first mindset and robust communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education in finance, sales, or business is an asset.
• At least 1 year of sales or customer service experience with targets.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell loan and protection products in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
• Understand customer needs to recommend the right financial solutions.
• Manage the entire sales process, in person and virtually, from application to closing.
