Job summary

Cencora, Inc. is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive growth across life sciences, pharmaceutical, and biotech accounts in western Canada. You will penetrate targeted accounts, service existing clients, and identify new business opportunities while meeting monthly sales targets.

You will work closely with operations and customer service teams, provide education to clients, and report weekly activities in the World Courier CRM to support territory expansion and customer success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in life sciences or biotech.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Skilled with CRM systems to track activities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales growth targets in western Canada.
• Profile and penetrate prioritized accounts.
• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Make a minimum of 20 quality sales calls monthly (in-person focus).
• Collaborate with operations and customer service teams.
• Document activities in World Courier CRM.
• Attend trade shows and events to network with industry professionals.
