Job summary

Canopy Growth is seeking a Regional Sales Manager, Western Canada, to lead the Canada Adult Use sales team from Alberta. The role focuses on sales performance, cross-functional leadership, and developing a high-performing provincial team in a remote, Alberta-based setup.

You will recruit, coach, and drive revenue, market share and KPIs while partnering with Marketing and Creative teams to execute programs and sponsorships, with a salary in the $100,000–$115,000 range plus a car allowance.

Qualifications

• Previous Sales Management experience and a track record of growing a sales team.
• Hiring, training and mentoring of sales staff.
• Experience growing brand awareness within a Province.
• Curiosity about customer behavior and turning insights into sales opportunities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales performance and strategic planning across Western Canada.
• Oversee recruiting, coaching, resourcing and performance management of the sales team.
• Align sales objectives with Canopy Growth’s business goals and budgeting.
• Develop brand awareness through sponsorships and community engagement opportunities.
• Manage budgets across salaries, travel, and trade spend and drive KPIs.
