Job summary

Radiometer, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Director of Sales and Service Canada to drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer satisfaction across Canada. You will lead the Canadian Sales, Service and Customer Application Support organization and align with global initiatives.

The role reports to the Head of Sales, Americas, is remote within Canada, and requires travel up to 50%. A Bachelor's degree and proven leadership in healthcare/diagnostics are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• Significant commercial leadership experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or medical technology.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing sales, service, and/or customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute the commercial growth strategy for Radiometer Canada, accelerating revenue growth and market share.
• Lead and manage the Canadian Sales, Service and Customer Application Support organization.
• Drive revenue, market share growth, and customer satisfaction through total solution selling and digital services.
• Coordinate sales presentations and negotiations with the sales team as needed.
• Contribute to yearly budgeting plans and monthly forecasting for Radiometer Canada.
