A caring long-term care provider in Canada seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse to ensure the well-being of residents and act as the key communication link between management, residents, and families. The ideal candidate will have experience in elderly and dementia care, along with a completion of an accredited LPN program. The role provides an opportunity to join an interdisciplinary team and make a daily difference in the lives of the aging population. Salary ranges from $32.84 to $41.35 depending on qualifications and experience.

The Licensed Practical Nurse acts as the key communication contact between management, residents and their families as well as contributing to patient care and safety. They play a critical role in ensuring the well‑being of residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing compassionate and skilled care.
