A healthcare organization is seeking a Casual Licensed Practical Nurse at Eagle Ridge Hospital in Port Moody, B.C. This role involves assessing patients, and planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care within a multidisciplinary team. Candidates should have a valid registration with the BCCNM and the skills to provide comprehensive patient support. The salary range for this position is CAD $32.84 - $44.96 / hour.
Under the direction of the Manager, Clinical Operations or designate and in collaboration as a member of a multidisciplinary team; performs assessments, plans, implements and evaluates nursing care. The LPN operates in accordance with the competency guidelines and full scope of practice within the Standards of Practice as outlined by the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM), and according to agency operating policies and standards and unit specific protocols.
Education and Experience
Graduate of a recognized practical nursing program or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Current practicing registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
