Overview

Must be flexible to work various shifts. Days / Afternoons / Weekends, and occasional night shift

What You\'ll Do
  • Maintain, install, and repair machinery and production equipment.
  • Assemble, adjust, and test machinery prior to installation.
  • Perform start-up, shutdown, and routine maintenance operations.
  • Utilize hoists, grinders, welding tools, robotics systems, and electronic controls.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical irregularities and malfunctions.
  • Fabricate and replace machine parts as needed.
  • Work with conveyors, compressors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other industrial systems.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  • Detect and resolve issues before they lead to downtime.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
  • Support a culture of continuous improvement in maintenance and production.
  • Contribute to manufacturing, fabrication, and automotive assembly processes.
Qualifications
  • Completion of Skilled Trade / Technical Training (college).
  • Valid Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Certification (Ontario).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance / repair.
  • Ability to multitask and work as part of a team.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • Valid Ontario driver’s license.
  • Asset: ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and able to work full time hours as required by this position.
