• Provide professional hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with sanitation standards.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice on hair care products and services.
• Upsell retail products to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
• Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients upon arrival.
• Foster strong communication with clients to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat visits.
