We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Legal Operations Coordinator to join our busy and growing Legal team in Vancouver. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality, timely, and accurate administrative and project-related support to ensure seamless operations. The position will work closely with the Legal team and business stakeholders at various levels of the company. This role will have responsibility for a variety of legal tasks and projects, and provide administrative support to our legal operations, regulatory licensing, corporate, and commercial functions. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who is excited about the potential of new technologies, including AI, to transform the delivery of legal services and drive efficiency across the team. The initial and primary responsibilities on the administrative side are a generalist role that involves managing and supporting projects across the full range of subject matter supported by the Legal team, including Commercial Contracts and Regulatory Licensing.
Organization is essential for this position and we are looking for a self-starter who can manage changing priorities, has the ability to multitask on a wide variety of projects, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of our company and drive strategic legal efforts to grow and protect our business.
Salary: $60,000 - $82,500 a year
