In this role, you will connect with prospective tenants, showcase our properties through engaging tours, and guide applicants through the leasing process from first inquiry to move-in. Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist prospective tenants in a friendly and professional manner
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available rental units
  • Provide accurate information on the property and surrounding areas
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information
  • Assist with the application and leasing process, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately
  • Follow up with prospective tenants to maintain interest and address any questions or concerns
  • Maintain knowledge of current rental rates, availability, and property features
  • Assist in preparing lease agreements and related paperwork
  • Collaborate with the property management team to ensure a smooth leasing process
  • Participate in marketing and outreach efforts to attract potential tenants
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and fair housing laws
  • Inspect all vacant suites and prepare model suites to ensure show-ready condition
  • Confirm resident has transferred utility accounts, where applicable
  • Prepare resident move-in packages
  • Handle all inquiries, feedback, complaints or concerns professionally and courteously
  • Accept rent payments, security deposits and other applicable fees
  • Ensure lead tracking software is consistently updated
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in rental administration is an asset
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Demonstrates a positive, professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn and contribute
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in luxury leasing role
