This role emphasizes turning organizational priorities into real employee growth and practical learning pathways.

You bring 10+ years of L&D leadership in professional services, senior-level instructional design and facilitation, and a data-driven approach to measure impact and guide evolution of programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building employee and leadership programs in professional services.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation grounded in adult learning.
• Proven ability to align learning with organizational priorities and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead JLR's learning and development programs.
• Strengthen leadership development and competency frameworks.
• Build practical learning pathways aligned with growth across offices.
• Ensure all employees have support to excel in their roles.
• Collaborate with directors, SMEs, and partners to drive change.
