Job summary

Celestica is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Learning & Development to lead the design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of learning and leadership programs worldwide. This people-manager role partners across the organization to drive growth, performance and engagement through strategic talent initiatives.

You will shape learning solutions, manage programs, and collaborate with HR and COE leads to ensure scalability and impact across the Celestica network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, HR or related field (asset).
• Extensive experience in L&D, leadership development, and talent management.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills across modalities.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead global learning and leadership programs.
• Facilitate trainings, workshops, webinars and meetings.
• Manage and enhance leadership development programs and mentoring.
