Zusammenfassung

Longo's is seeking a Learning Design Specialist to design and administer engaging learning programs across the organization. You will partner with stakeholders to build capability, enhance performance, and support Team Member development while maintaining the Learning Management System and coordinating learning events.

The role requires 3–5 years of L&D experience, strong instructional design skills, and proficiency with Articulate 360, LMS platforms, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifikationen

• Post-secondary education in Learning & Development, Adult Education, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, facilitation, and delivery across ILT, virtual, and eLearning; multi-unit retail experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint), Articulate 360, and multimedia tools such as Canva, Vyond, Clipchamp.
• I4PL and/or HRPA designation are assets.
• Aligns with Longo's Core Values and understands impact of learning & development on business performance.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, implement, and maintain learning solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Create materials using microlearning, eLearning, VILT, ILT, videos, job aids, and assessments.
• Administer and optimize the LMS and related technologies; manage enrollments and reporting.
• Facilitate learning programs for Team Members, leaders, and Support Centre teams; gather learner feedback.
