AGF Management Limited is seeking a Manager, Organizational Capability – People & Culture to lead the multi-year learning and leadership development strategy and embed leadership competencies across the company. You will drive organizational design, talent mapping and succession planning while managing programs with vendors and internal stakeholders.

The role reports to the Vice President, People & Culture and requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration and data-driven

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, learning and development, organizational development, and/or talent management.
• Experience designing, implementing and managing learning, leadership development or organizational capability programs.
• Proficiency with leadership competency frameworks, talent development and succession planning practices.
• Experience in organizational design initiatives, including structures, role clarity and capability assessments.
• Strong project and program management involving multiple stakeholders and external service providers.
• Experience evaluating program effectiveness and using data to support recommendations and investment decisions.
• Exposure to coaching programs and mentorship initiatives and change management practices would be an asset.
• Experience in financial services or asset management is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Workday, or other HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Support the design, development and implementation of the Company's multi-year learning and leadership development strategy.
• Translate the Company's leadership competency framework into practical learning and development programs for different leadership levels.
• Research learning solutions, evaluate external providers and collaborate with vendors to develop relevant content.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, including sequencing, stakeholder engagement, communications and change management activities.
• Partner with People & Culture leadership and stakeholders to identify learning priorities and ensure programs address organizational needs.
• Manage ongoing delivery of learning and development programs, including vendor relationships and administration.
• Establish measures to evaluate learning effectiveness, ROI and program impact.
• Prepare management reporting on program participation, outcomes and recommendations for future development.
• Organizational design initiatives to strengthen capability and clarify accountabilities.
• Talent mapping and succession planning processes and development of supporting materials and tools.
• Leadership coaching and mentorship program design and governance.
